Overview
Install, run and tune Calypso environments: application servers, engines, scheduled tasks, Oracle databases, deployments and configuration promotion.
What you'll do
- Install, configure and maintain Calypso environments from development to production
- Run and monitor Calypso engines, servers and scheduled tasks
- Deploy releases and patches and promote configuration with Config Workbench
- Tune performance across application, engine and database tiers
- Run end-of-day batch with the Calypso Scheduler and enterprise schedulers such as Control-M
- Maintain entitlements, security settings and environment health checks
- Troubleshoot with application, database and infrastructure teams
What you bring
- Hands-on Calypso technical or environment experience
- Java application server and JVM troubleshooting
- Oracle database skills, including SQL and performance analysis
- Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting
- Batch scheduling with Control-M, Autosys or similar
- Deployment and release management discipline
