When you submit the careers form, we collect the information you choose to give us, including:

- Your areas of expertise and skills
- Your LinkedIn profile and expected rate, if you choose to provide them

We may also record limited technical information, such as the date, time and originating IP address of your submission, to help protect our website and systems against spam and misuse.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not relevant to an opportunity.

- Assess your experience and suitability for an opportunity
- Keep you in our talent network
- Match you to current and future opportunities
- Contact you when we think an opportunity may be relevant
- Manage our recruitment and resourcing activities
- Protect our website and systems
Joining our talent network means we may contact you when the right opportunity comes up. It does not guarantee that we will contact you or offer you an engagement.
The basis for using your information
When you submit the form, you consent to us keeping your details in our talent network and contacting you about relevant opportunities.
Depending on the circumstances and the law that applies, we may also use your information because:
- You have asked us to consider you for an opportunity
- We have a legitimate reason to identify and engage suitable people for our clients and programmes
- We need to comply with a legal obligation
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who can access it
Access is limited to members of the 3XIT team who need your information for recruitment and resourcing purposes.
We also use trusted service providers that help us operate our website, systems and cloud infrastructure. They may process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
Sharing with clients
We may discuss your experience with a client when considering you for a specific opportunity.
We will tell you before sharing your full CV or direct contact details with a client.
We share only the information reasonably needed for the opportunity and do not pass your information to third parties for unrelated purposes.
Where your information is stored
Your information is stored using secure cloud infrastructure.
Because we work with people and opportunities internationally, your information may be accessed, processed or stored outside the country where you live.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take appropriate steps to protect it and use safeguards required by applicable law.
We also take appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as it remains useful for the purposes described in this notice.
For talent-network candidates, we keep your details for up to 24 months from our last meaningful contact with you. This may include:
- Your original application
- An update to your profile
- Your response to an opportunity
- Another substantive interaction with us
After that, we delete or anonymise your information unless we need to keep limited information for a legal obligation or legal claim.
We may contact you before then to ask whether you would like to remain in our talent network.
You can ask us to remove your information sooner at any time.
Your rights and how to contact us
Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information
- Withdraw your consent
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your information
