Overview
Build and support interfaces between Calypso and core banking, ledger, market data and SWIFT using the Calypso APIs, MQ, JMS and REST.
What you'll do
- Design and build interfaces, customisations and scheduled tasks between Calypso and upstream and downstream systems using the Calypso Java APIs
- Integrate Calypso with IBM MQ and JMS messaging and with REST services
- Implement SWIFT messaging and connectivity for confirmations and settlements
- Build trade-lifecycle interfaces to core banking, general ledger and market-data systems
- Use the Calypso Data Uploader and Exporter for bulk file-based loads and extracts
- Own interface testing, packaging and defect resolution through SIT and UAT
- Keep interfaces and customisations working through Calypso upgrades and patches
What you bring
- Hands-on Calypso integration experience
- Java and the Calypso APIs for enterprise integration
- SQL on Oracle for interface data analysis
- Unix/Linux and shell scripting
- REST and messaging technologies such as MQ and JMS
- CI/CD with Git, Jenkins, Maven or Azure DevOps
- Understanding of trade lifecycle and transaction processing
