- Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Analyse system interfaces, APIs and data flows
- Write data mappings and interface specifications
- Use SQL to analyse data and validate outcomes
- Refine user stories and acceptance criteria with agile teams
- Support testing, defect triage and UAT

- Hands-on technical business analysis experience
- SQL
- API and interface analysis, including JSON or XML
- Data mapping and data flow documentation
- User stories, acceptance criteria and traceability
- Jira and Confluence or similar tools
