- Hands-on Salesforce Industry Cloud experience
- Industry data model knowledge, such as the Financial Services Cloud person account, household and financial account model
- Industry process knowledge, such as client onboarding, KYC and relationship management in financial services
- OmniStudio experience
- Client onboarding process design
- Requirements analysis and functional configuration
- Stakeholder engagement across business and technology
