- Track RAID: risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
- Run project governance, status reporting and change control
- Coordinate teams and suppliers through to go-live and handover
- Plan cut-over and closure

- Hands-on project management experience from initiation to closure
- Scope, schedule and budget control
- Risk, issue and change management
- Clear status reporting to stakeholders
- Experience with waterfall, agile or hybrid delivery
