- Hands-on Oracle Applications technical experience on Fusion or EBS
- SQL and PL/SQL
- BI Publisher and OTBI
- FBDI or EBS open-interface data loads
- Technical design documentation
- Release and change discipline
- Stakeholder engagement across functional and technical teams
