Lead the business data migration in platform replacements, from mapping and mock runs to reconciliation and sign-off.
What you'll do
- Set the migration strategy, scope and approach
- Define source-to-target mapping, transformation rules and ETL design
- Design reconciliation and resolve breaks
- Run mock migrations, dress rehearsals and cut-over planning
- Remediate data quality with business owners
- Report on migration and govern sign-off
- Coordinate platform, testing and operations teams
What you bring
- Experience leading data migrations on large programmes
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- ETL tooling or scripting in Python
- Reconciliation methods and controls
- Cut-over planning and execution
- Stakeholder management across business and technology
