- Design APIs with OpenAPI specifications
- Build, version and retire REST APIs through their lifecycle
- Secure APIs with OAuth2, OpenID Connect and JWT
- Configure gateway policies: rate limiting, caching, transformation and traffic management
- Publish APIs through a developer portal with documentation and onboarding
- Automate API testing and CI/CD for API delivery
- Monitor API usage, performance and error rates
What you bring
- Hands-on API development experience
- REST and OpenAPI
- OAuth2, OpenID Connect and JWT
- API gateways such as Apigee, Kong or Azure API Management
- A backend language such as Java, Python or Node.js
